Borana Seiner is a Managing Director in the Financial Sponsors Group at KeyBanc Capital Markets (KBCM), which she joined in 2013. Based in New York, she has over 17 years of investment banking and consulting experience and specializes in leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, high-yield offerings, senior debt offerings, public equity offerings, and advisory services.
Prior to joining KBCM, she was an Associate in the Industrials Group, where she provided analytic support for buy-side and sell-side transactions, corporate divestitures, and other financial advisory assignments. Borana also worked for Grant Thornton LLP and McGladrey LLP, providing transfer pricing consulting services to a variety of clients in the distribution, manufacturing, and technology industries.
Borana earned a BA in Economics from Stony Brook University and an MBA from the Fordham School of Business.
