Stephen Hill

Stephen Hill is a Managing Director in the KeyBanc Capital Markets Infrastructure and Public-Private Partnership (P3) Group. He has nearly 20 years of experience advising public and private sector clients on complex infrastructure transactions, including project financings, asset monetizations, and public-private partnerships across a broad range of sectors.

Over the course of his career, Stephen has advised on more than $10 billion of infrastructure and P3 transactions that successfully reached financial close. He has extensive experience in financial modeling, transaction structuring, procurement strategy, and project financing, serving both public-sector agencies and private-sector developers, investors, and lenders. Stephen holds a bachelor's degree from Baylor University and a master's degree from Wake Forest University. He is a FINRA-registered representative and holds the Series 50, 52, 63, and 79 licenses.
