Tom Mulvihill is a Managing Director and Head of KeyBanc Capital Markets Infrastructure and Public-Private Partnerships (P3) Group. With more than 30 years of U.S. capital markets experience across public and project finance, he leads strategic advisory, transaction structuring, procurement, and execution for clients in the transportation, social infrastructure, and utility sectors.
Prior to joining Key, Tom was a Managing Director with KPMG Corporate Finance in their Infrastructure Advisory practice, focusing on Public-Private Partnerships. He advised a diverse client base — including state departments of transportation, municipal authorities, transit agencies, universities, and public school systems — on strategic advisory, procurement, and transaction execution across some of the most complex infrastructure programs in the U.S.
Tom earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from Pace University. He is a FINRA-registered representative holding Series 7 (General Securities Representative), 24 (General Securities Principal), 50 (Municipal Advisor Representative), 52 (Municipal Securities Representative), 54 (Municipal Advisor Principal), 63 (Uniform Securities Agent – State Law), and 79 (Investment Banking Representative) licenses.
