Terence Rooney

Terence Rooney joined KeyBanc Capital Markets in 2014 and is a Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. He focuses on providing strategic advice to both public and private Technology companies. Prior to joining KBCM, Terence started his career as an analyst at Janney Montgomery Scott before transitioning to early stage Technology advisory and venture investment work at the Philadelphia Development Group. On the operational side, he worked in client development for S&P Global Market Intelligence, corporate development for Tremor Video (IPO in 2013) and corporate development for Veenome (acquired by Integral Ad Science in 2015). Terence’s recent transactions include advising Amber Road (AMBR) on its sale to E2Open, Billhighway on its sale to Lovell Minnick Partners, RapidScale on its sale to Cox Communications, LifeWorks on its sale to Morneau Shepell (MSI), DoubleVerify on its sale to Providence Equity, and ARI Network Services (ARIS) on its sale to True Wind Capital. Terence graduated from Swarthmore College with a B.A. in Economics.
