Mark Lasek

Mark Lasek is a Managing Director in the Utilities, Power & Renewable Energy team at KeyBanc Capital Markets. With over 30 years of sector experience, he provides comprehensive investment banking, commercial banking, and strategic advisory services to utilities and renewable energy clients. Throughout his career, Mark has guided electric and gas utilities, as well as independent power producers, across multiple investment cycles, specializing in capital raising, bank financing, and various advisory assignments.

A trusted advisor to major market participants, Mark has executed transactions and advised leading entities such as Berkshire Hathaway Energy, Duke Energy, WEC Energy, Consolidated Edison, Alliant Energy, Southwest Gas Holdings, Puget Holdings, and Invenergy.

Mark began his energy banking career at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and ABN AMRO Bank before joining KeyBanc Capital Markets. He earned his undergraduate degree from Benedictine University and a graduate degree from DePaul University.
