Arindam Basu

Arindam Basu is a Managing Director with the Utilities, Power and Renewable Energy Group of KeyBanc Capital Markets. In this role, he serves as the primary relationship banker leading investment banking, project finance, and advisory business with clients across the North American power and renewable energy sector. With nearly 20 years of investment banking experience, primarily in mergers and acquisitions, Arindam is a trusted advisor who played a key role in building out our practice in this space.

Prior to KeyBanc Capital Markets, Arindam was a civil engineering and transportation systems professional, holding diverse roles in civil infrastructure asset management, systems design, and operations.

Arindam earned a B.Tech. degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), an MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota, and an MBA from the University of Maryland.
