Zach Kau

Zach Kau joined Key in September 2014 as a Managing Director in Public Finance to lead the Healthcare segment as Group Head. Based in San Francisco, Zach reports to Jeff Freese, who leads Public Finance.

Prior to joining Key, Zach was with Bank of America Merrill Lynch for more than nine years in various positions, most recently as a Director, Municipal Markets, Healthcare Investment Banking Group, where he has gained extensive public finance investment banking experience with particular expertise in FHA/HUD mortgage banking for hospitals. Before this, he was with Bank of America Private Bank as a Senior Financial Analyst. He also served as an Associate National Bank Examiner, FFIEC with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.

Zach earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Finance from the University of Washington.
