Summary
On July 17, 2018, KeyBanc Capital Markets (“KBCM”) successfully closed the $56.065 million permanent financing in connection with the Eastern Michigan University (“EMU” or the “University”) Parking Concession Project (the “Project”). KBCM served as Public-Private-Partnership (“P3”) Advisor to Preston Hollow Capital (“PHC” or the “Investor”).
