Summary
On February 18, 2026, KeyBanc Capital Markets (KBCM) successfully closed the syndication of $350 million of Senior Secured Credit Facilities, comprised of a $288 million Revolving Credit Facility and $62 million Cinderella Term Loan, for Morongo Band of Mission Indians. Proceeds from the Credit Facilities were used to refinance outstanding Taxable and Tax-Exempt Bonds and Notes and pay transaction-related fees. KBCM acted as Joint Lead Arranger, Joint Bookrunner, and Administrative Agent.
This financing represents KBCM’s fourth transaction for Morongo since 2004 and our first syndicated execution for the Tribe. KBCM was selected to arrange the financing due to our Native American Financial Services industry expertise, debt capital markets capabilities, and tenured relationship with the Tribe.
