Bryan Cloncs is a Managing Director focused on mergers & acquisitions and capital raising for clients in the healthcare information technology (HCIT) industry, including technology-enabled businesses to health systems, physician groups and other healthcare providers, and payers. Bryan joined Cain Brothers in 2011 and has 13 years of experience in a variety of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions. Select and recent notable M&A transactions of his include advising Odeza on its sale to Ensemble Health Partners, National Medical Billing Services on its recapitalization with Aquiline Capital Partners, Triage Consulting Group on its merger with Revint Solutions forming Cloudmed, Global Healthcare Alliance on its sale to Cedar Gate Technologies, and TMG Health on its sale to Cognizant.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining Cain Brothers, Bryan was with Piper Jaffray’s Financial Restructuring Group.
Education
Bryan graduated with honors from Purdue University with a BS in Industrial Engineering and earned an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
