Summary
KeyBanc Capital Markets acted as Sell-Side Advisor to Cenergy Power on its divestiture of a 14.2 MW portfolio of solar projects in Illinois (the Portfolio) to Luminace Holdings, LLC, a Brookfield Renewable company. The Portfolio consists of six community solar projects located across the Commonwealth Edison service territory in Northern Illinois, which Cenergy will construct. The Portfolio will sell energy to community subscribers, participate in the Illinois Adjustable Block Program, and is expected to achieve commercial operation in Q4 2023.
