On December 14, 2021, KeyBanc Capital Markets (KBCM) successfully closed on a $475 million Senior Secured Revolving Credit Facility (the Facility). The Facility will support the operations of AES Clean Energy and repay sPower's, a portfolio company of AES, outstanding debt. KBCM acted as Joint Lead Arranger, Joint Bookrunner, and Syndication Agent on the transaction.
