Summary
Cain Brothers, a division of KeyBanc Capital Markets, KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc. and KeyBank Beach Point Direct Lending Program successfully closed Senior Secured Credit Facilities to support Amulet Capital Partners’ acquisition of Genetics & IVF Institute, Inc. Proceeds will be used to fund the acquisition, facilitate the execution of future M&A opportunities and pay transaction-related fees & expenses.
KeyBanc Capital Markets and Cain Brothers served as Left Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent on the financing.
