Summary

 

On November 8, 2021, The Sherwin-Williams Company (the "Company") priced $1 Billion of Senior Notes (the "Notes") consisting of two tranches, including $500 Million of 2.200% Senior Notes due 2032 and $500 Million of 2.900% Senior Notes due 2052. The Company plans to use the proceeds from the Notes to repay outstanding borrowings under its domestic commercial paper program. KeyBanc Capital Markets acted as a Co-Manager on the transaction.
