KeyBank's Special and Master Servicing divisions are not subject to potential conflicts of interest and are truly independent third-party providers with no affiliations to b-piece buyers, brokerage firms, defeasance providers or loan sale companies.

Our clients turn to us for a wide variety of "non-consumer-based" loan servicing.  Some recent examples include:

  • KeyBank Real Estate Capital was awarded the Master, Primary, and Special Servicing rights for a 10-year fixed rate loan secured by an office building at 300 Park Avenue, New York, NY with a principal balance of $485 million.
  • KeyBank Real Estate Capital acted as the Master Servicer on the Freddie Mac 2013-K27 securitization which consists of 78 loans with a principal balance of $1.64 billion. Included in the K27 securitization is one Key-originated loan totaling $38 million.
  • KeyBank Real Estate Capital acted as the Master Servicer on the Freddie Mac Series K-S01 securitization which consisted of 27 loans totaling $434 million. Key's originations group contributed 2 loans totaling $44 million to the transaction.
  • KeyBank Real Estate Capital was awarded the Master, Primary, and Special Servicing rights for JPMorgan’s 2013-FL3 securitization, consisting of 4 floating rate loans with a principal balance of $505 million.

We offer specialized independent third-party Special Servicing, also consistently highly-rated, both as a stand-alone service and as a value-add to our Master/Primary servicing platform.
