Authorization & Approval
Secondary authorization for KeyNavigator-initiated wires is based at the user level. Limits are set per account.
Authorizing Wire Transactions
To approve wires, select Authorize Transactions from the Wires main page.

You may filter the transactions to search for specific wires by selecting the Filter button.

Enter the filter parameters from the Authorize Transaction Filter page. Select the View button.

From the Authorize Transactions page, you can select 'all' via the check box at the top of the Authorize select/unselect all column or select individual items by selecting the checkboxes. Then select the authorize selected payments button.

An approval screen will be displayed. Select the accept button to continue.

A confirmation screen will report the status of the authorized transactions. In this example the highlighted transaction must be approved by a third user before the wire will release.
Approving Templates
To approve templates, select Authorize Templates under the Authorize segment of the Wires page.

Click on the template you wish to approve.

View the details. Select the authorize button.

Once approved, a confirmation page will be displayed, which will include the status of Authorized.

To view a list of templates, select Template Listing under the View segment of the Wires main page.

If needed, apply a filter to locate a specific template by selecting the Filter button.

Select a template number link under the Template Number column to review the details.

From the detailed template page, you can authorize the template by selecting the authorize button. You can also make changes to the template by selecting the edit button, or delete the template by selecting the void button.
