Summary
In November 2025, KeyBanc Capital Markets successfully closed a $184 million Follow-on Offering for Centuri Holdings, Inc. Proceeds of the offering, along with a $75 million concurrent private placement to Icahn Investors, will be used for general corporate purposes, including the funding of acquisitions, such as the CAUS Acquisition and the repayment of borrowings. KeyBanc Capital Markets acted as Joint Bookrunner, and the client relationship is maintained by KeyBank.
Centuri Holdings, Inc. (“Centuri” or the “Company”) operates as a utility infrastructure services company in North America. The Company offers gas utility services, including maintenance, repair, installation, and replacement services for natural gas local distribution utility companies with focus on the modernization of infrastructure. Centuri also provides electric utility services encompassing design, maintenance and repair, upgrade, and expansion services for transmission and distribution infrastructure. The Company’s customers include electric, gas, and combination utility companies, as well as serve complementary end markets, such as renewable energy and 5G datacom.
