Summary
On January 27, 2026, KeyBanc Capital Markets (KBCM) successfully closed the syndication of $450 million Senior Unsecured Credit Facilities (the Credit Facilities) for Palomar Holdings, Inc. (Palomar or the Company) to support its acquisition of The Gray Casualty & Surety Company (Gray Surety). The Credit Facilities consist of a $150 million Revolving Credit Facility and a $300 million Term Loan A. Proceeds will be used to fund the acquisition and for general corporate purposes. KBCM served as Joint Lead Arranger, Joint Bookrunner and Syndication Agent on the transaction.
