Summary
KeyBank Community Development Lending & Investment provided $23.1 million in capital for the new construction of Black Rock Crossing, a 50-unit affordable housing project in Marquette, Michigan. All 50 units will serve families and individuals earning no more than 30% – 80% of the area median income (AMI). Woda Cooper Communities is partnering with the Keweenaw Bay Indian Community to bring much needed housing to Marquette. Supportive services will be offered to residents by Goodwill Industries of Northern Wisconsin and Upper Michigan (Goodwill NWUP) and will include on-site education, training, and career services.
