Summary
KeyBank Community Development Lending & Investment provided $21.7 million in financing for the new construction of Trappers Perch Apartments, a 48-unit affordable housing project in Payette, Idaho. Forty-two units will serve families and individuals earning no more than 30%–60% of the area median income (AMI). Supportive services will be offered to residents who have experienced homelessness and will include a coordinator to assist with case management, resident advocacy, and to connect them with critical community services. We want to thank The Pacific Companies for its sponsorship and shared mission to build much-needed affordable housing in Idaho.
The financing includes a $9.4 million construction loan and a $2.2 million permanent loan and $10.1 million in LIHTC equity.
