Summary
Key Community Development Lending & Investment provided $60.5 million in financing for the new construction of Dakota Apartments, a 114-unit affordable housing building in Fresno, California. This project will serve families and individuals earning no more than 30-60% of Area Median Income. Supportive services will be offered to residents and will include GED courses, ESL courses, financial literacy classes, parenting classes, and support groups. Fresno Mission is providing access to outpatient recovery addiction resources, mental health counseling, food resources, job counseling and placement assistance. This property also has 45 units serving veterans under a VASH rental contract. We want to thank UP Development for their commitment to building much-needed affordable housing in California.
The financing includes a construction loan and a permanent loan.
